Birch Mountain Enterprise is looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician for immediate hire at our Kearl Lake location. Work a 14 on, 14 off rotation with camp accommodations provided.

The ideal candidate will be a certified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with at least three years of related experience. Responsibilities include both field and shop repairs on heavy-duty trucks, requiring knowledge of hydraulic and electronic systems. A focus on safety is essential, as is the completion of required maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair truck components
• Install replacements following specifications
• Verify equipment performance through testing
• Maintain accurate repair records and logs
• Attend and actively engage in safety meetings

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician
• Minimum 3 years of experience with heavy trucks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience with steam, vacuum, and flusher trucks preferred
• Must possess personal tools
