Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Engage families in the care planning process
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and manage tasks




• Participate in quality improvement and patient education efforts
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Graduation from an approved Nursing program
• Completion of specialty nursing courses required
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Ability to advocate for patients' rights and dignity
