In this role, you'll leverage your extensive background in business analysis to deliver critical solutions for internal clients. With over 7 years of experience, you'll be responsible for managing requirements in projects involving FIX protocol, data mapping, and user training. Your robust insights into business applications and data intelligence will facilitate effective decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of requirements and solution delivery
• Create functional specifications for development and support teams




• Support user training and acceptance testing processes
• Maintain business applications with ongoing enhancements
• Evaluate and implement development process improvements

Requirements:
• 7+ years as a BA/BSA, preferably within capital markets
• Degree or certification in Business or related fields
• Knowledge of Canadian Securities and FIX protocol
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Power BI
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
