Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for equity and inclusiveness
• Develop culturally relevant learning assessments
• Facilitate mentorship and collaboration among staff
• Collect and interpret student success metrics
• Cover Ojibwe language curriculum and instruction
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers Certificate in good standing
• Ojibwe (Anishinaabemowin) fluency required
• Strong understanding of Indigenous community dynamics
• Proven experience in team-oriented educational environments
• Commitment to equitable teaching practices
