This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-oriented and driven Sales Manager to bring their expertise to the future of ag. You will manage the sales activities for the branch and coach/mentor the sales team in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead/guide sales staff, may manage specific accounts

Develop & retain key talent focused on customer engagement

Execute branch sales processes/strategy

Manage annual goals/budgets

Lead, coach, mentor sales team, support recognition, career planning, development

Develop/implement incentive plans





Build relationships with all internal/external partners

Qualifications

Associate/Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, marketing/related field; education/experience may be considered

3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management

Experience leading, developing, motivating others

Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere/competitive products

Ability to work flexible hours & travel

Valid driver's license
