Shape academic success as a Faculty Coordinator in the Disability and Classroom Support program at the Coquitlam Campus. This hybrid role combines educational guidance with cutting-edge pedagogical methods.

We seek a qualified individual with a Master’s or PhD to support the coordination process, manage course scheduling, and foster faculty engagement. Responsibilities also include annual program reviews and addressing student needs with a focus on equity and accessibility in education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the practicum placement process for students
• Collaborate on course scheduling and teaching distribution
• Conduct regular student advising sessions
• Supervise course development and curriculum oversight
• Facilitate department meetings efficiently

Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in a human service discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to address various program priorities
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Familiarity with the Conflict of Interest Policy
