We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support transactional sales activities across our product lines at our Chilliwack facility. This is not a traditional administrative or coordinator role—this position plays a key commercial role in improving quote speed, accuracy, and overall sales effectiveness. You will act as a vital link between our customers, outside sales team, and internal departments, helping ensure opportunities move forward efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quotes and estimates for inbound and transactional opportunities
Support Account Managers and Business Development teams by maintaining momentum on active opportunities
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Production, Finance, and Order Entry
Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring responsive and professional service
Gather and validate technical specifications and customer requirements upfront
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and internal systems
Coordinate internally to resolve questions and ensure clear handoffs across teams
Identify opportunities for follow-up, repeat business, and quote conversion
Contribute to overall pipeline quality and revenue support
What You Bring
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn product details quickly
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with technical data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ownership of tasks and outcomes
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or customer service
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical products environment is an asset
Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is considered an asset
Experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred
Legally eligible to work in Canada
