As a Senior Accountant at Plenary, you will be tasked with preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance across diverse Canadian and US projects. This position offers a unique chance to work closely with finance leaders and develop your financial acumen in a supportive environment focused on collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports
• Monitor and manage project cash flows effectively
• Review project agreements for compliance and execution
• Coach and mentor junior accountants and interns
• Present periodic reports at board meetings as needed
Requirements:
• Business education with a focus on Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally at a senior capacity
