The Superintendent’s role encompasses leadership for heavy civil infrastructure developments, focusing on water and wastewater systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide field operations from mobilization through to closeout
• Develop and track project schedules with the Project Manager
• Oversee site compliance with safety regulations and quality standards




• Facilitate team meetings to resolve construction challenges
• Maintain thorough documentation of site activities and progress

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role
• Proven work history in water and wastewater infrastructure
• Solid understanding of civil and mechanical project aspects
• Excellent team leadership and communication capabilities
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Management is an advantage
