Your responsibilities will include coding, reviewing, and mentoring, while driving security compliance programs like SOC 2 and FedRAMP. You'll adapt roadmaps to meet changing demands and foster a productive environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create adaptive roadmaps for security initiatives
• Own security compliance programs and audit evidence
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent




• Lead impactful technical solutions for security posture

Requirements:
• Proven experience in hiring and developing engineers
• Robust AWS security experience on EC2 and managed services
