As a Security Engineering Manager, you will guide a team in a hands-on capacity, developing technical solutions and enhancing security. Your responsibilities will include coding, reviewing, and mentoring, while driving security compliance programs like SOC 2 and FedRAMP. You'll adapt roadmaps to meet changing demands and foster a productive environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create adaptive roadmaps for security initiatives
• Own security compliance programs and audit evidence
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent
• Lead impactful technical solutions for security posture
• Participate actively in code reviews and projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hiring and developing engineers
• Robust AWS security experience on EC2 and managed services
• Proficient in Terraform, GitOps, and autoscaling
• Knowledge of SIEM platforms like ELK/OpenSearch
• Familiarity with Ruby or Python as coding languages
