Join the team at Whitecourt Healthcare Centre as an Occupational Therapist II. This full time role focuses on clinical leadership, patient assessment, and evidence-based practice.

As an Occupational Therapist II, you will coordinate therapy and allied health services, whilst supervising students and team members. Your role involves independent and cooperative work with an interdisciplinary team, making critical decisions on patient care, intervention, and discharges. You will also oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to program development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate occupational therapy and allied health clinical services
• Supervise students and team members as assigned
• Make day-to-day clinical decisions on patient needs




• Ensure practices align with Alberta legislation and skilled standards
• Participate in program development and operational planning

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practices
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
