Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments for children and adolescents' mental health
• Design patient-centered treatment and discharge plans
• Execute crisis intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate effectively with the care team
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of recent mental health nursing experience
• Expertise in working with youth in mental health settings
• Certification in BCLS required
• Understanding of psychotropic medications essential
• Commitment to ongoing education and adaptability
