Homewood Health™ is searching for Occupational Therapists across Ontario in an independent contractor capacity. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in mental health therapy and experience with return-to-work facilitation. The focus is on creating actionable treatment plans that emphasize therapy and client recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client barriers to effective functioning and RTW
• Conduct therapy sessions following MHR program standards
• Implement CBT, MI, and problem-solving behavioral strategies
• Maintain communication with clinical staff for reporting

Requirements:
• Registered Occupational Therapist with certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health counseling
• Familiarity with CBT and MI methodologies
• Experience with Return to Work programs
• Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities
