You will develop and implement education programs for mental health issues and ensure seamless access to community resources. A current BCCNM registration and two years of related experience are prerequisites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor psychotropic medications for clients
• Supervise nursing students and provide clinical guidance
• Advocate for clients' rights and dignity in care
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams on best practices
• Engage in ongoing career development and quality improvement

Requirements:
• Active BCCNM registration as RN or RPN
• Two years experience in mental health nursing
• Valid B.C. Driver's License with insurance
• Proficient in mental health legislation and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
