Become part of EORLA's esteemed team as an Academic Hematopathologist, providing critical medical services in Hematopathology and Transfusion Medicine at the University of Ottawa.

In this academic position, you will engage in a variety of hematopathology services, including bone marrow evaluations, molecular diagnostics, and flow cytometry. Your expertise will directly support the significant oncology programs and advance research in thrombosis and clinical hematology ensuring impactful student engagement through teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive Hematopathology and Transfusion Medicine care
• Conduct bone marrow examinations and molecular diagnostics
• Provide on-call coverage for advanced hematologic cases




• Participate actively in teaching and academic research
• Conduct routine testing and support special laboratory hematology

Requirements:
• Eligible for CPSO licensure in Ontario
• Certification in Hematological Pathology is essential
• U.S. pathway 3 or 4 candidates are welcome
• Must pass a Criminal Records Check
• Compliance with EORLA's vaccination mandate required
