In this role, you will utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare engineering drawings and manage project files. You will also assist in mentoring junior team members, fostering skill development and improving efficiency within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare plans and cross sections per MTO standards
• Operate with minimal supervision to complete projects
• Set up sheets and project reference files efficiently




• Facilitate teamwork and communication among all project members
• Manage the development of junior CAD technicians actively

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of CAD experience in civil engineering
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
