Stantec is looking for a Senior Land Development Engineer/Project Manager to join its growing Community Development team in Atlantic Canada. You will manage various development projects that require technical expertise and project management skills. Your role will encompass business development, creating strategic project plans, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing and client management efforts for projects
• Develop detailed project design scopes and budgets
• Control and oversee financial management of projects
• Prepare design documentation for stormwater management and grading
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree and registered Professional Engineer
• Minimum 10 years in engineering consultancy and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, GIS, and BIM software
• Robust leadership and team management abilities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
