As a member of our dedicated team, you will ensure that tenants are connected to necessary health and financial resources, fostering their journey toward independence. Your role will include developing personalized support plans, conducting in-house trainings, and advocating within the community. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will guide young adults in overcoming barriers to stability and health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate access to community supports and services
• Lead training sessions for tenants to build skills
• Manage crises,



including mental health emergencies
• Collaborate with local service providers for tenant support
• Maintain hygienic practices and assist with daily routines

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• 3-5 years experience working with at-risk populations
• Current criminal record check required
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Class 4 or 5 driver's licence
