Job Description
Pattison Agriculture, a John Deere dealer, is hiring Agricultural Service Technicians in Swift Current, SK.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment, working in a fast‑paced shop and assisting on the road.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service agricultural equipment while ensuring customer support and workmanship pride.

Use specialized tools, cutting‑edge technology, and cutting-edge solutions to complete complex repairs.

Perform preventive maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and standards.

Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products.

Participate in John Deere University and dealer‑led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities.

Requirements

Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.





3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance.

Preferably hold a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (e.g., heavy equipment).

Consideration for 4th‑year apprenticeship candidates.

Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is a definite asset.
