Royal Inland Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Practice Educator to join our team in a permanent full‑time role in Kamloops, B.C. This position will play a key leadership role in supporting and advancing clinical practice within Post‑Anesthetic Recovery.
Shift Times : Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:30.

What will you work on?
The Clinical Practice Educator incorporates the core concepts of person and family‑centered care (respect, dignity, information sharing, participation, and collaboration) and provides visible, accessible clinical support by acting as an education resource for staff in the clinical area(s). Using nursing & specialized theory and knowledge, develops, implements,
and evaluates a range of formal / informal educational programs and learning plans for direct care nursing staff, including individual and group learning assessments and opportunities. Consults, confers, and collaborates with others in the promotion of a quality practice & learning workplace, continuous quality improvement, resolution of clinical education issues, and coordination of activities required for progressive educational and clinical practice programs. Takes supportive action with respect to individual and group learning needs as required. Integrates the nursing designation (RN, RPN, LPN) and area specific competencies into professional practice and education.
