As the Finance Controller, you will manage the finance function by preparing both monthly and annual financial statements. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough cost analyses and establishing inter-company account reconciliations. Building relationships with key stakeholders will be essential to facilitate accurate reporting and enhance operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Conduct detailed cash flow and budget forecasts
• Supervise outsourced accounting processes as needed




• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws
• Facilitate communication with auditors and tax authorities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
• Profound knowledge of internal control systems
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and Oracle preferred
