5-6 years of experience in the field of desiccants with market strategy, planning & implementation, active engagement with customers to design customer specific desiccant solution

Having precise technical knowledge of desiccants & preparative chromatography & able to apply it with minimum to no supervision

4-5 years of experience of working hands on in a desiccant manufacturing set up to acquire following skills:

Proven track record of success in facilitating technical communication regarding desiccants, adsorbents & specialized packaging with customers during preliminary and post preliminary assessment of opportunities & not exposing the company to any legal/commercial risk due to deficient or miscommunication

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong presentation, customer relationship management, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of the characteristics, applications, and commercial use of desiccants, adsorbents, chromatography products,



and specialized packaging solutions.

Thorough knowledge about purification of pharmaceutical API’s using silica gel & aluminum oxide in column chromatography

Experience in developing strategies & implementing them for direct & digital marketing & advertising of various kinds of desiccants

Robust technical content writing skills for preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, blogs, websites etc., on the uses of different desiccants in pharma, herbal, food, shipping, and related industries

Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience supporting marketing strategy development, annual business planning, and organizational growth initiatives.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, spreadsheets, word processing, and business management software.

Responsibilities

All marketing efforts, communications of contents must display robust technical understanding of desiccants, specialized packaging, chromatography adsorbents, etc. & their customary & potential usage by the select user businesses

Carry out market surveys & analysis to identify new sales opportunities, status of competition & monitor competitive activities

Attend technical bids, prepare / draft bids

Analyze and develop opportunities for advertisement, presentations, marketing plans & achieve quarterly quotas





Develop database of customer queries & make appropriate, explanatory responses to the queries

Give technical guidance of our products & alternative suggestions in communications to align customers specifications with our capabilities

Interpret & archive documents such as product specifications, safety data, SoP’s, etc.

Develop communication protocols on receipt of customer order

Play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objective

Demonstrate ability to manage projects/programs undertaken in relation with regards to desiccants used in current industrial set up

Work through challenges to complete projects/programs on timely manner

Use in-depth understanding of the products & past experiences to engage the customers & their internal staff concerned to communicate our product’s usage to maximize benefit to the customers & thus ensuring customer loyalty & develop exit barriers

Make proactive decisions and actions based on the need of the situation

Maintain positive relationships among external and internal customers

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English with the ability to understand technical information, procedures, records & other documents in English

Terms of Employment
Full time for 3 years on contract basis. Subject to renewal on mutual consent. Must have a valid driving license with a clean driving record. Candidate might be subjected to background check.

Hours of Work and Wages
40 hours per week at $37.50 CAD per hour
