Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level legal advice to operational teams
• Negotiate and finalize complex construction contracts
• Guide compliance with Ontario's Construction Act
• Oversee litigation, arbitration, and mediation efforts
• Mentor the Law Clerk and set work priorities
Requirements:
• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) in valuable standing
• 4–9 years legal experience in relevant fields
• Solid understanding of Ontario's Construction Act
• Superior negotiation and drafting skills
• Proven track record in staff leadership
