Candidates are appointed to manage volunteer, co-op and intern recruitment and training and assist with functional guidance.
They’re also accountable at this post to assist with regular program visits, Quest 2 evaluations, and program planning working at this post.
People are accountable for assisting by liaising with facility staff to ensure spaces are prepared, safe and operational working at this post.
People who applied for this post are required to assist by responding to ad-hoc programming requests.




Applicants who applied for this post are required to provide administrative support, including part-time payroll, program outline review, class lists, program hand-outs, and equipment & supply inventory.
Job requirement Candidates must attain a post-secondary degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Arts Administration, Education or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in an arts education setting to be eligible for this post.
They must attain first aid, CPR “C”, High Five and Quest 2 certification applied for this post.
Applicants must attain knowledge of R3/SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and ActiveNet software to be eligible for this post.
Candidates accountable for this post must have experience using art & design digital software or experience with the Ontario Curriculum to be eligible for this post.
They must attain attention to detail in emergencies to be eligible for this post.
