As a member of this diverse team, you'll provide expert guidance on international tax planning, compliance, and strategic structuring for Canadian businesses operating abroad. Collaborating closely with clients, your role will be pivotal in enhancing processes and ensuring effective capitalization methods across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on worldwide tax minimization and compliance issues
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients




• Determine optimal corporate structures for international finance
• Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships
• Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for diverse entities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting preferred
• Enrolled in CPA Skilled Education Program (PEP)
• 1 to 2 years in public accounting or tax services
• Domestic tax compliance experience is an asset
• Familiarity with accounting/software tools preferred
