What You’ll Actually Do You’ll start by learning how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners . This role involves proactive outreach — if you’re not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn’t the right fit.

This is a performance‑based sales role with uncapped income .
Many representatives earn $100,000–$165,000+ annually
Strong performers often exceed $140,000-$165,000 per year
