Key Responsibilities:
• Develop IT architecture with the Technology Support team
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes and upgrades




• Analyze technology landscape for improvements
• Assist in policy and procedures development for EIT
• Monitor technology performance and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
• High School and technical training completion
• Minimum three years’ experience in IT support
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Knowledge of networking, servers, and security systems
