About The Role
We're looking for environmental management professionals to play a hands-on role in shaping how AI understands sustainability, land-use planning, and environmental decision-making. Your field expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI systems — helping ensure they reflect real-world environmental practice, not just theory.

This is a flexible, fully remote contract role designed to fit around your schedule.

Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated environmental management scenarios, analyses, and recommendations for accuracy and real-world applicability

Evaluate AI reasoning related to sustainability frameworks, impact mitigation, and resource planning

Identify gaps between theoretical environmental models and on-the-ground practice

Provide clear, structured feedback that improves the quality and reliability of AI outputs

Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

3+ years of hands-on experience in environmental management, conservation, or a related field





Strong working knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental planning principles, and impact assessment

Skilled at critically evaluating written environmental analyses and identifying weaknesses

Explicit and structured communicator who can translate expert judgment into actionable feedback

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, async workplace

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

Experience with environmental policy, regulatory frameworks, or compliance

Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
