Drive innovation in cannabis confections at Tilray Brands as a Confectionery Specialist. Lead the development of chocolate and gummy products from concept to commercial manufacturing.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Manufacturing and emphasizes the creation of best-in-class cannabis-based confections. You'll spearhead product development, enhance manufacturing processes, and support quality assurance initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure the timely launch of exciting recent products in the cannabis market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead chocolate and gummy product development from prototype to launch
• Optimize manufacturing processes and conduct tech transfers
• Create SOPs, batch records,



and product specifications
• Conduct market research for cannabis confection trends
• Collaborate with QA for documentation and investigations

Requirements:
• 5+ years in confectionery or food science roles
• Experience in commercial food manufacturing
• Knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices
• Solid technical writing and project management skills
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations is a plus
