Join Unity Health Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Centre as a Speech-Language Pathologist on our Health Disciplines Resource Team. Focus on assessment and management of swallowing and communication disorders in a cooperative, patient-centered setting.

This role is ideal for an experienced clinician licensed with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. You will provide care for adults with diverse medical-surgical needs, participating actively in interprofessional collaboration and supporting ongoing educational initiatives for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage swallowing and communication disorders
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team for holistic care
• Educate patients and families on communication needs




• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
• Uphold skilled and organizational care standards

Requirements:
• Current license with CASLPO in Ontario
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with medical-surgical patients and tracheostomy tubes
• Proficiency in videofluoroscopy and MBSImp training
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
