We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities: Prepare and post regulatory documents within the suite of PMRI e-applications.
Assist with the setup of current studies/clients within the suite of PMRI e-applications.
Assist with tracking progress of ongoing studies.
Prepare Project Management (PM) files for archiving.
Assist the Regulatory Affairs e with CTA preparation and archiving.
Assist posting Regulatory Documents to support maintain of Sponsor TMF when delegated.
Maintain and track Sample Storage Notifications.
Assist and prepare documents for electronic signatures.Other duties, as may be assigned by the Manager, Project Management or designate
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum B.Sc. degree
Medical terminology knowledge is an asset
1 - 2 years experience in industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills plus the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent verbal and communication skills in the English language.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
