Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Cross Dock

Location: Vaughan, ON

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday

Straight Shifts: 7 am - 3 pm | 3 pm, 5 or 8 pm start | 12 am - 8 am

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr

We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry, located in the Vaughan (Highway 50) area.

This position offers an chance to join a rapid-paced cross-dock operation where the successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving freight safely and efficiently, and supporting general warehouse activities. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting and are committed to maintaining operational excellence.

Job Duties:

Safely operate Counterbalance at a steady pace
Load and offload trailers, placing skids in the proper area of the warehouse




Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume: Length × Width × Height)
Assist within the warehouse as required

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of counterbalance experience
Cross-dock experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of WMS
Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation as the company is not on a bus route
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
