Take the lead in quality and validation as a manager at our Richmond Hill site. This position is focused on ensuring that all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to GMP compliance.
We are seeking a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical validation principles. You will be responsible for guiding quality direction, maintaining validation activities, and enhancing compliance across manufacturing processes. Engage actively with teams and regulatory agencies to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and maintain validation activities in compliance
• Manage continuous improvement in cleaning and sterile validation
• Provide guidance on facility and utility system maintenance
• Participate in audits and interact with regulatory bodies
• Support employee performance and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Applied Sciences or Pharmaceutical Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in GMP environments, 5 in validation
• 5 years of management experience, preferably in pharma
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
