Join Aecon as a Millwright Superintendent, leading mechanical scopes on industrial projects throughout Western Canada. Focus on high-quality and protected execution in a site-based environment.

This role reports to the Construction Manager and requires overseeing the installation and maintenance of industrial machinery. You'll ensure compliance with safety regulations, mentor junior team members, and coordinate efforts among various stakeholders. Your expertise will directly impact project success and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate mechanical equipment requirements during bids
• Lead field execution of millwright and equipment installations
• Ensure precise alignment and safe rigging procedures




• Manage inspection and performance testing of systems
• Interface with clients to resolve mechanical issues

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting
• Supervisory role experience in mechanical scopes
• Valid Industrial Mechanic certification preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
