We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Victor. This hybrid role, based in Mississauga or Toronto , requires working at least three days a week in the office. The position reports to the Sales Team Leader and supports Benefits Advisors within our Group Perks Division to meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
Responsibilities Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by partnering with Perks Advisors to review quotes and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
Manage all financial responsibilities for assigned accounts, including annual renewals and related billing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Advantages Advisors to encourage business referrals.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Victor’s client management processes, systems, and underwriting guidelines.
Oversee the plan amendment process to ensure accurate, timely updates and compliance.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ insurance sales experience (group benefits preferred); familiarity with life, disability, underwriting, and healthcare insurance may be considered.
Strong sales drive and interpersonal skills, with proven motivation to exceed business targets.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid presentation abilities.
Quick, efficient decision-maker who generates innovative solutions and adapts to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to create client‑ready materials and support sales processes.
Hold or ability to obtain a life license within 12 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in French and English.
Holding or working toward a GBA or CEBS designation.
Proven track record supporting large client blocks in the small‑to‑mid‑size employee benefits market.
Benefits and Compensation Base salary range: $61,100 – $111,100, depending on experience, location, certifications, and other factors.
Performance‑based incentives may apply.
