Under the Manager's guidance, the Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Medical Devices Reprocessing operations. You will support consistent medical practices through staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. This role also involves liaising with service technicians to enhance equipment functionality and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff in maintaining safe practice and quality
• Schedule staff and document activities accurately
• Conduct training and staff performance evaluations




• Develop and implement current processes in the MDRC
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance productivity

Requirements:
• Medical Device Reprocessing Certificate essential
• University Degree is required for this role
• Experience in a hospital setting at a senior level
• Familiarity with medical device machinery and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
