As an experienced accounting skilled, you will manage all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring effective leadership and meticulous financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Review and prepare financial statements for accuracy




• Own the general ledger and ensure all reconciliations are performed
• Develop procedures for financial controls and compliance
• Coordinate with outside auditors for annual reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years in a managerial role within finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP
• Excellent communication skills for effective reporting
