In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design and lifecycle management of embedded Linux firmware used in battery energy storage systems (BESS). Key Responsibilities:
• Architect embedded Linux firmware for battery and inverter systems
• Create and manage Board Support Packages, including kernel configurations




• Implement subsystems communication protocols for effective control
• Interface embedded systems with EMS for seamless operation
• Conduct complex debugging for system-level issues in the field

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in embedded Linux firmware design
• Skilled in bootloaders and root filesystem design
• Practical knowledge of Ethernet and custom communication protocols
• Familiarity with BMS and other subsystem firmware interfaces
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
