Jardeg is recruiting for a Pipefitter/Steamfitter Journeyperson to contribute to the SaskPower Aspen project. Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting and joining pipes, and performing system tests to ensure functionality. The role offers various certifications for specialized tasks and demands a strong commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut openings and install pipes based on design
• Shape and join pipes using advanced techniques
• Maintain and test all installed piping systems
• Utilize heavy machinery in daily tasks
• Ensure all installation complies with safety regulations
Requirements:
• CSTS 2020 or SCOT certification
• WHMIS 2015 certification
• Valid Steamfitter/Journeyperson certification
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Completion of pre-employment drug testing
