We’re seeking a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager to join our Sales team and help us achieve more.
Overview
The Territory Account Manager is a highly motivated individual who thrives on achieving results and taking initiative. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategies to win new business, and building strong relationships to drive success. The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted partner and ambassador for PSI.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of PSI’s products, programs, and services.
Respond to client inquiries, explore untapped opportunities,
and expand customer relationships to maximize territory performance.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Negotiate contracts, set performance goals, and align on mutually beneficial strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and territory growth.
Analyze market trends and client data to identify new ways to enhance engagement and outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to share insights, refine approaches, and achieve shared goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients primarily in West and North GTA, including Barrie, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Mississauga, Burlington, and Hamilton.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
High energy, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Active listening, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
3+ years of account management or sales experience.
Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector.
Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
