Job Description Assists the cardiologist/cardiovascular surgeon in diagnostic and interventional procedures, which may be performed on neonates, children and adults. May be responsible for performing pacemaker duties.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor Degree in health care field (anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biology)
Licenses: Canadian Association of Cardiopulmonary Technologists (CACPT)
Other Education and Training: Drug administration and intravenous injection course
Registration with Canadian Association of Cardiopulmonary Technologists (CACPT)
