The Parts and Warehouse Supervisor will effectively manage all central warehouse functions on a daily basis to operate a clean, effective, safe and secure parts warehouse.

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$59.025.00 to $73,782.50

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

Monitors and control day-to-day operations, incoming and outgoing stock order process and annual inventory counts

Conduct regular inspections for all lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained

Plan for and/or build business case for capital expenditures

Plan, hire and assign resources to meet demands of the parts department





Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolves problems effectively

Assist in day-to-day operations when necessary (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

Must-haves for this role:

College Diploma in Business combined with 5 - 7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience

Strong inventory management skills

Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment

Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record

Excellent interpersonal and team building skills

Knowledge of recognized Health and Safety best practices

Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics
