Development Manager – Full Stack This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: two days in‑office.

Responsibilities Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high‑performing engineers.
Take full ownership of the full stack of our products and collaborate with peers on cross‑team initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple departments to understand business goals and translate them into strategic technical plans.
Decide with senior management in developing long‑term technology road maps and executing existing initiatives.
Lead multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
Enforce accountability for the quality of crafted software.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring and developing engineering talent, including performance management.
Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, API/webservices,



and relevant frameworks such as React, Node, GraphQL.
Creative problem‑solver able to deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience driving development of high‑scale systems and integrations.

Salary $130,000–$155,000 CAD per year (competitive base salary plus potential bonus and equity).
