This full time, temporary role demands a proactive physiotherapist ready to engage in rehabilitation for geriatric and other complex cases. Candidates must hold a Physiotherapy degree and one year of clinical experience, with responsibilities including patient assessments and care plan adaptations. You will play a pivotal role in educating colleagues and families about recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and create individualized treatment strategies
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Lead training efforts for students and volunteers
• Monitor and document patient progress effectively
• Participate in service planning and program enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Active provincial registration with the respective college
• Preferred: ADP Authorizer qualification
• A minimum of 1 year clinical rehabilitation experience
• Ability to achieve FIM certification during probation
