Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user research and design validation initiatives
• Create detailed wireframes and prototypes for testing
• Update and manage the design system for scalability
• Partner with product and development teams for cohesive design
• Facilitate mentorship for junior design staff
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Product Design experience
• Skilled in Figma and other design tools
• Solid presentation and communication capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
• Hybrid work: in-office two days per week
