What You'll Bring
5+ years of Canadian construction experience preferred, in residential and/or commercial projects
Bachelor of Architecture or Architectural Technology Diploma
Proficiency in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction drawings
Robust understanding of the Ontario Building Code and local by‑laws
Solid grasp of residential construction methods and detailing practices
Strong written, verbal, and reading skills
Competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign is an asset
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing working drawings — site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall sections, and details
Producing detailing for residential and commercial projects
Conducting by-law and code compliance reviews for each project
Maintaining and developing office drafting standards in AutoCAD
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $55,000–$68,000, commensurate with experience
