This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk, or similar legal support position who enjoy coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and client communications
Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
Respond to client inquiries and communicate client needs effectively across teams
Prepare project documentation, telephone scripts, website content, and business rules
Analyze project reports and provide quality-focused insights and recommendations
Position Requirements
Demonstrate at least 1 year of client-facing experience in a skilled workplace
Communicate fluently in both French and English with excellent verbal and written skills
Apply strong organizational, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Adapt to technology-driven environments, including AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot; database experience and a bachelor's degree are considered assets
Experience in the legal field is considered an asset
