Eataly North America is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee audits and ensure adherence to food safety, work safety, sustainability, and sanitation standards across its stores. You will report to the Head of Health and Safety and the Director of Store Operations, driving continuous improvement and staff training.
The role requires extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOH regulations, and solid leadership to guide store teams in safety programs and compliance.
