Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: Edmonton and Surrounding Area's - no direct access to public transportation

Pre-employment: Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Side Hoe Operator Responsibilities: Work with ground personnel in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe on line and grade.

Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade.

Be aware of proper rigging of pipe, manhole barrels, etc.



and ensure protected work procedures are followed during the lowering of materials into the excavation

Operate excavator in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment

Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Side Hoe Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Side Hoe operator.
