Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking Domain
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – 4 Days onsite

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of banking applications and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Work with business users, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements.
Support system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.




Ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
Required Skills: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Solid experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
Knowledge of banking products such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, Lending, or Digital Banking.
Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
